I have worked my up through the distances, from middle-distance track running to competing internationally at ultra distances from 50km to 100 miles.

How it works
We have an initial call to establish your goals, current fitness, running background, injury history, life/work commitments and training time available.
I provide you with a detailed training plan that is personalised to your individual needs and geared towards your goals. There is not just one 'plan' or 'method' that fits all.
I provide specific paces and intensities so you know when to push hard and when to take it easy. Getting the right balance between challenging workouts and recovery is key.
I will advise on different aspects of training, including strength routines, cross-training methods, running gear, injury prevention, day-to-day nutrition and race nutrition.
Each package includes a different level of coaching support and communication depending on your preference and need for guidance, feedback, accountability and motivation.
You provide feedback on how things are feeling so that I can adapt your plan as needed and ensure you are always getting the most out of your training and moving towards your goals..
