I have been working as a coach since 2016 and it has been such a rewarding way to share the knowledge and experience that I have built up over 19 years of running and working closely with coaches.

 

As an elite runner I have worked my way up from representing my country in track running to podiuming in international-level 100k ultras to training for my first 100 miler.

  • ​Initial 45-minute Skype consultation to establish your running history, current fitness level, goals, training time available and anything relevant to ensuring your training plan is 100% personalised to your fitness level and goals

  • Personalised training plan outlining daily runs, sessions and cross-training (e.g. long run, easy run, tempo, interval, fartlek, strides, strength work)

  • Pace/intensity recommendations

  • Strength and conditioning routine

  • Tips on training, cross-training, racing, nutrition, recovery and more

  • Weekly 15-minute Skype sessions

  • Support and guidance via email

  • Weekly analysis of training via an interactive training plan and Strava

  • Weekly training plan adjustments to ensure the plan is always working in line with your fitness level and goals

  • Weekly 30-minute Skype sessions (an extra 15 minutes)

  • Daily communication via WhatsApp

  • Daily analysis of training

  • Bonus Skype session during goal race week (optional)

  • Personalised nutrition guide (optional)

  • Personalised race day nutrition plan (optional)
